Non Gamstop Casinos is an independent research site for UK adults who want to understand casinos that operate outside GamStop, with a particular focus on Curaçao-licensed brands. We explain how these sites work, what their bonuses really require, and what protections you do and do not have. This page sets out who we are, how we rate, and how we make money.

What this site does, and what it does not

We review casino features, bonus terms, payments, withdrawals, games and sports betting, then compare them side by side. Our aim is to help you read an offer critically, not to push you towards a sign-up.

We are not a regulator, a casino or a legal adviser. We do not hold your money, and we cannot resolve disputes with an operator on your behalf. No author is named on this page, and we do not claim credentials we cannot show.

Commercial disclosure

We may earn a commission if you register with an operator through a link on this site. That relationship pays our costs. It does not decide rankings, and commission cannot buy a higher position or a better write-up. Every recommendation we make carries at least one stated drawback.

How we research and rate

We have no testing claims to make. We do not say we have deposited, played or withdrawn at any casino. Our ratings are editorial judgements based on published terms, operator information and other verifiable sources, checked as of 30 September 2026. They are not customer-review scores.

  1. Licensing and ownership: which licence an operator states, who it says runs the site, and whether we can verify this.
  2. Bonus terms: wagering requirements, maximum bet while a bonus is active, expiry dates, cashout caps and how games count towards wagering.
  3. Payments: whether GBP accounts are offered, which methods are listed, stated fees, currency conversion and minimum deposits.
  4. Withdrawals: stated processing times and limits, plus identity and source-of-funds checks.
  5. Games and betting: slots, live dealer tables, sports and esports markets, and software providers.
  6. Support and complaints: contact routes and how complaints are handled.
  7. Player tools: deposit and loss limits, self-exclusion and links to support.

We separate three kinds of information: what we have confirmed, what a casino advertises, and what remains unresolved. Where we cannot confirm a claim, we say so.

What our ranking covers

Our list currently includes Betmica, Kikibet, Betninja, WinnerIsland, Zombillion, Smash Casino, Nightluck, CoinPoker, Rivo and Daytonaspin. The publisher supplies the selection, and we then assess and order it on the criteria above. Betmica holds the top editorial rating of 10.0. Kikibet and Betninja follow on 9.8.

Headline offers are advertised figures, not promises. They come with wagering requirements, time limits and caps, and some are quoted in euros or dollars rather than pounds. That matters for currency conversion and fees. Always read the operator's own terms before you deposit. You can see the full ranking on our non GamStop casinos list.

Where you stand legally and practically

GamStop is the national self-exclusion scheme for licensed gambling in Great Britain. Casinos not on GamStop are generally not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, so they sit outside its rules and complaint routes. Many hold overseas licences such as Curaçao instead. Accepting British customers is not the same as being authorised to serve them, and a licence from elsewhere gives different protections.

In practice this can mean weaker dispute options, different verification and withdrawal rules, and no GamStop block. You must be 18 or over. If you have registered with GamStop, think carefully about why, and do not use these sites to get round a decision you made to protect yourself.

Responsible gambling

Gambling is entertainment with a cost. It is not income and it is not a solution to money problems. No casino is completely safe, and we cannot guarantee any withdrawal or win. Set deposit and loss limits, consider blocking software, and take breaks. For free, confidential support in the UK, contact GamCare. Our responsible gambling page explains the tools available.

Corrections and contact

If you spot an error, or an operator's terms have changed, tell us through the contact page. We will check and update the page. Our terms and conditions explain how you may use this site.
