Contact Us
This page explains how to contact the Non Gamstop Casinos editorial team, what we can help with, and what to do if your question is really for a casino or a support organisation. We are an independent review site. We do not run casinos, hold player accounts or handle money.
Fact-checked: 30 September 2026.
What we can help with
Get in touch if you want to tell us about something on the site. Useful messages include:
- A factual error, such as an offer, payment detail or licensing note that looks out of date
- A bonus or term that has changed since we reviewed it
- A question about how we research and rate casinos, which is also covered on About Us
- A suggestion for a guide or topic you would like explained
- A concern about how a listed operator treated you, so we can take it into account
We read reports carefully, but we cannot promise a personal reply to every message or a set response time. Nothing here is published for us to give individual gambling, legal or financial advice.
What we cannot do
Because we only review casinos, some requests are outside our reach:
- Withdrawals and payments. We cannot release, chase or reverse funds. Only the operator can do that.
- Account problems. We cannot unlock accounts, reset passwords or change verification outcomes.
- Formal disputes. We are not a regulator or an arbitrator, and we cannot force a casino to change a decision.
- GAMSTOP changes. We cannot remove or shorten a GAMSTOP registration, and we would not help anyone to bypass one.
Having a problem with a casino?
Work through these steps before contacting us. They are usually the quickest route to an answer.
- Check the casino's terms and the specific bonus rules. Wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, expiry dates and cashout caps explain many disputes.
- Contact the casino's own customer support in writing, through live chat or email, and keep copies of the conversation.
- If identity or source-of-funds checks are pending, send the documents requested and note the dates.
- Use the casino's formal complaints procedure if support does not resolve it, and check which licensing body or dispute service the terms name.
- Keep screenshots of balances, transactions and bonus terms as they appeared at the time.
Be aware that an operator holding an overseas licence, such as one issued in Curaçao, is not regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. Complaint routes and player protections can therefore differ from those at a UK-licensed site. You can read more in our guide to non GamStop casinos, and our Terms and Conditions set out how this site itself works.
If gambling is causing you worry
If gambling is affecting your money, mood or relationships, please speak to someone now. GamCare runs a free, confidential National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 and offers online chat. Checking their current opening details on the GamCare website is sensible.
GAMSTOP is the free UK self-exclusion scheme covering online operators licensed in Great Britain. If you have registered, think carefully before gambling at sites outside that scheme. Deposit and loss limits, self-exclusion tools and gambling blocking software can also help. Our Responsible Gambling page explains these options. This site is for adults aged 18 and over.
Commercial relationships and our independence
Some links on this site lead to casinos, and we may earn a commission if you sign up through them. Commission does not buy position. Ratings are editorial, based on researched information such as published terms, payment details and licensing statements, and we have not tested accounts ourselves. If you think a review is unfair or inaccurate, tell us and we will look at it again.
Before you write to us
- Name the page and the casino you are asking about
- Say what you saw and what you think is wrong, with dates where possible
- Do not send passwords, card numbers or identity documents. We will never ask for them.
Once we have checked a report against the casino's published information, we update the page where needed. Corrections show in the page's updated date.
